We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support operations, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment. You will manage routine maintenance, track work orders, and maintain asset inventories while collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep facilities running

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination, planning, scheduling, operations support, or a related role.
• Experience coordinating vendors and supporting onsite operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with facilities management systems (CMMS) and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor routine and preventive maintenance activities for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Serve as point of contact for facilities-related requests and issues.
• Track, prioritize, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain inventories of facilities-related assets, equipment, and supplies.
• Support emergency response activities related to facilities issues.
• Coordinate onsite activities of third-party vendors and contractors.
• Ensure vendors comply with site policies, safety standards, and scope of work.
• Assist with scheduling, access coordination, and work verification.
