Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, and daily assignments.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., TJC).
• Manages vendor and contractor relationships, bids, and projects.
• Supports budget management and purchasing alignment.
• Drives process improvement and maintains strong stakeholder communication.
