Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead facilities operations in a semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom environment. You will oversee planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment and buildings, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure hazardous waste is handled per all regulatory and EHS requirements.

You will lead technicians and support staff, collaborate with vendors, and align with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities experience
• High school diploma or college degree
• Facilities maintenance, equipment, machinery, and building operations experience
• Previous supervisory experience managing skilled employees or technical personnel
• Experience planning and coordinating facility or equipment modifications
• Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety procedures
• Comfortable handling hazardous waste and following disposal requirements
• Able to work across cleanroom, office, outdoor, and moderate-noise environments

Responsibilities

• Manage design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities
• Plan, budget, and schedule facility and equipment modifications including estimates on equipment, labor, materials
• Handle hazardous waste and ensure disposal complies with regulatory guidelines
• Oversee space allocation, layout, communication services, and facilities expansion
• Interact with outside agencies, vendors, and service providers to execute duties
