Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead facilities operations in a semiconductor environment. You will oversee planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment and buildings, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure hazardous waste is handled in compliance with EHS standards.

You will lead technicians and coordinate with vendors and service providers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities, strong EHS knowledge, and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities experience.
• High school diploma or college degree.
• Facilities maintenance, equipment, machinery, and building operations experience.
• Previous supervisory experience managing skilled employees or technical personnel.
• Experience planning and coordinating facility or equipment modifications.
• Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety procedures.
• Comfortable handling hazardous waste and following disposal requirements.
• Able to work across cleanroom, office, outdoor, and moderate-noise environments.
• Able to navigate stairs, ladders, confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

This role manages the planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment and buildings, oversees facility budgets and schedules, and handles hazardous waste in line with all regulatory and EHS requirements. The Facilities Supervisor will lead technicians and support staff and work closely with vendors and service providers. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of related facilities experience, strong EHS and hazardous waste knowledge, and proven team leadership.
