Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee daily operations of the facilities team. You will supervise mechanics, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure equipment and building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include HVAC, ventilation, kitchen equipment upkeep, safety training, and ensuring guest disruption is minimized. The role requires adherence to company policies and timely reporting of issues.

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and be able to operate standard maintenance software.
• High school diploma or trade school certificate preferred.
• Valid State of Florida trade license preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial/industrial facilities maintenance or casino environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of maintenance mechanics and trades on assigned shift.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while following Seminole Tribe Policies and Procedures.
• Perform routine field inspections on-site and at off-site locations; coordinate with departments to minimize guest disruption.
• Maintain and repair ventilation, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and other building systems.
• Lead safety practices and train others as appropriate; maintain a hazard-free work area.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain logbooks; oversee scheduling and task assignments.
