Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school certification preferred.
• Valid State of Florida trade license preferred.
• One to three years of commercial/industrial facilities maintenance experience.
• One to three years of casino environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of maintenance staff on shift.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely project completion by mechanics.
• Perform routine on-site and off-site inspections.
• Prepare technical reports and logbooks as required.
• Maintain knowledge of fire, health, safety, and code standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate responses.
• Oversee maintenance and modification projects with other departments.
• Instruct and train staff as appropriate.
• Comply with all company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
