Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency certificate is required.
3+ years of experience with facilities management.

Responsibilities

Lead a team responsible for inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of campus-wide systems (fire suppression, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Direct a team of building structures, plumbing, compressed air, and electrical facility technicians.
Schedule daily work and priorities.
Develop, plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and unsafe acts are reported.
Maintain records for all trades.
Communicate daily activities with the Manager and stakeholders.
Manage vendor/contractor finances with SpaceX buyers and AP.
Oversee team performance and provide coaching.
