Job summary

Qualifications

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support our NASA prime program at the NASA Wallops Flight Facility at Wallops Island, VA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for work order receipt, processing, routing, maintenance of current work order status, reporting requirements, delivery order tracking for maintenance activities.
• POC responsible for ordering, creating and maintaining Purchase Orders.
• POC responsible for monthly reporting on Work Orders statistical issues as requested by management and NASA customers.
• POC responsible for crafting and distributing the After-Hour call in report.
• POC responsible for Work Control reporting for weekly O&M Meeting, NASA and NAVY Partnering meetings.
• POC Major/Minor repairs. Creates Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for Major/Minor repairs, tracks progress and reports on progression.
• POC responsible for Mission readiness status of Work Orders. Reviews and coordinates with local leadership regarding Work Order status in preparation of upcoming mission.
• POC responsible for vehicle control and registration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of experience in lieu of 1 year of education.
  Experience: 5+ years of related work experience.
