Starlight is Kansas City’s oldest and largest outdoor performing arts venue, stewarding a $20M+ annual budget and a year-round staff of 45+ full-time employees alongside hundreds of seasonal team members and volunteers. As a civic treasure and cultural destination, Starlight presents Broadway musical, concerts, special events and community programming that collectively reach hundreds of thousands of guests each year through approximately 100 events annually.
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting all physical operations and maintenance of the venue, ensuring consistent functionality and cleanliness for daily and event-based operations.

This role is an indoor and outdoor job with a varying workweek schedule of 40+ hours per week, but these hours may vary depending on weather, events, holidays, and other factors.
