Facilities Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the staff, systems, processes, and tools needed to ensure that all Centerpoint campus sites (building and grounds), including The Point, are always correctly maintained.
Core Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance
Ensure the facilities are always clean and well-kept. This involves identifying all the tasks. Inspect campus facilities regularly; establish a housekeeping, security, and general repairs program.
- Schedule and coordinate the set-up and tear down of tables, chairs, desks, and other furniture for the daily activities and the special events hosted by the Church – night meetings, weddings, funerals, receptions, ministry events, and community events.
- Maintain the building interior, exterior and grounds of the campus – parking lots, driveways, roofs, exterior drainage systems, fascia, storage facilities, lawns, flower gardens, trees, and fences.
- Keep an adequate inventory of standard cleaning supplies and kitchen products.
- Design a campus-wide Preventative Maintenance Schedule that identifies all manufacturers required or suggested activities for keeping our machinery and equipment in optimal running condition.
- Record the performance of PM activities in a log that management can access as desired. Report status to supervisor at least monthly.
- Maintain vehicles, lawn care equipment, HVAC systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, safety and security equipment and systems, and water.
