Job summary

Stellantis offers a year‑round student program designed to bridge academics and real‑world projects. Participants will work remotely for September through April, with optional on‑site days at the Auburn Hills HQ, balancing 24 weekly hours with class commitments.

In summer, students may relocate to the Auburn Hills campus and work up to 40 hours per week in a hybrid/in‑person format, reporting onsite 3–5 days weekly per business needs. Cohorts start quarterly and aim to graduation.

STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT:

The format for this student program will be remote from September through April, meaning the student will work virtually. Remote work must be completed at a location based in the United States. Students who live in the Metro-Detroit area are welcome to work out of the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, but this is not mandatory. Students are expected to work 24 hours per week, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates who are selected for the program will work with their manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule where candidates fulfill the 24-hour requirement, while balancing their class schedule. During the summer months (May through August), students may be relocated to the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI and may potentially work 40 hours per week in a hybrid/in-person format, reporting onsite 3-5 days per week, depending on business needs. This determination will be at management's discretion. Applications are accepted year-round, and student program cohorts start on a quarterly basis in January, April, June, and September, and students are intended to stay in the program until graduation.

The Stellantis Facilities, General Services and Environmental Compliance organization - Data and Business Analytics student program allows individuals to gain experience and exposure across the many different facets in facilities, work plant conditions, environmental and energy strategic initiatives. Students will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with people who work together as a team to continually think bigger and bolder. The Data and Business Analytics student will gain industry experience, interface with all levels within our organization, and apply their coursework to drive results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Math/Statistics, Information Technology or similar discipline at an accredited university
• Ability to work 24 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours in the summer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar enterprise collaboration and automation tools
• Currently a Freshman or Sophomore at an accredited university at the time of hire
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Knowledge and/or experience in business analytics applications (Power BI, Qlik Sense)
• Knowledge and/or experience in SAP
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and new technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must exhibit strong leadership characteristics
• Creative and innovative thinking
