Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable working in labs and facilities environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to drive UT Vehicle.
• Must be able to climb stairs and move between buildings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine building inspections and report issues.
• Support inventory management and organization.
• Perform cleaning tasks in lab spaces, including concrete mixing.
• Aid in decontamination and preparation for surplus disposal.
• Help with office and furniture clean-outs and material handling.
• Contribute to small projects and room setups.
• Safely lift and move items up to 40 pounds.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations and package pickup.
• Other duties as assigned.
