We seek a Junior Facilities Specialist (Company Support) to support our Corporate Team in our Orlando, Florida and Crane, Indiana Offices. These position will be in-office roles with no telework permitted. Opportunities for Part-Time and Full-Time support are available.

Duties of this position include:

• Being responsible for providing a professional and efficient workplace for employees and customers, including but not limited to Kitchen, Conference Room and General Office tidiness.
• Greeting and directing visitors in a positive, professional manner.
• Providing administrative assistance to corporate leadership meetings as needed.
• Maintaining corporate calendars and scheduling of conference rooms and use of Webex and conference lines.
• Routing phone calls.
• Occasionally running errands for the office.
• Educating employees on securing the office, training alarm system, and distributing and logging office keys.
• Assisting in the support of large function events, including holiday parties.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Required Education: HS or equivalent.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
