About this Role:
The Facilities Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the physical integrity, functionality, and readiness of the church campus. This is a hands-on position responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, in-house repairs, and facility improvement projects. While primarily a hands-on role, the Facilities Specialist may also help lead or train part-time staff depending on experience and organizational needs.
The ideal candidate is someone who not only takes pride in fixing what’s broken but also values the people they work alongside. This role interfaces regularly with staff, volunteers, and other ministries, and requires a steady, servant-hearted presence. A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to contribute to healthy team culture are essential.
Compensation:
This is a full-time, exempt salaried position with an annual salary range of $45,000 to $55,000, based on skillset and experience.
