Job Title: Facilities Specialist

United Way of Greater St. Louis is seeking a full-time Facilities Specialist responsible for basic cleaning and maintenance of the building and grounds. This role involves a variety of tasks to support our community-focused mission.

Responsibilities include:

1. Processing mail, coordinating deliveries, and setting up rooms for meetings.
2. Organizing and maintaining storage areas, cleaning and maintaining common areas.
3. Taking inventory of supplies, stocking common areas, and ensuring availability of beverages and office supplies.
4. Receiving and sorting mail, delivering it to the appropriate offices.
5. Performing spot cleaning and vacuuming during the day, with nightly cleaning crews also on-site.
6. Assisting with limited outside work such as spreading salt on sidewalks during winter.
7. Using a laptop to access maintenance requests and create reports.
