Job summary

Uline is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support our corporate headquarters. You will perform maintenance and repairs including painting, wood finishing, furniture work, and door/lock maintenance to keep our facilities top-notch.

You will coordinate roof inspections and repairs with vendors, manage paint inventories, and install interior artwork. On-site role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of maintenance experience preferred in painting or furniture work.
• Experience with hand and power tools and paint equipment is preferred.
• Experience across painting, wood finishing, and floor/tile installation is desirable.

12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Join the team that manages Uline's growing footprint of first-class facilities! Working as a Maintenance Specialist at our Corporate headquarters, you'll help ensure our buildings are beautiful, well-maintained workspaces.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs, including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door repairs, furniture repairs and lock maintenance.
• Conduct and maintain paint supply inventories across assigned buildings.
• Coordinate roof inspections and leak repairs with vendors.
• Install interior artwork.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: painting; wood finishing; work with commercial office furniture (modular and/or case goods); floor and tile installation.
• 3 to 5 years experience using hand tools, power tools and paint equipment also preferred.
