Job Summary
The Gatton College of Business and Economics is seeking a Facilities Specialist to assist the Director of Facilities with administrative support and daily operations of college facilities. Working with the Director, this role ensures a safe and fully operational environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service oriented, who takes pride in maintaining the building’s infrastructure. Duties include but are not limited to planning and moving of office spaces, review and file security reports, and tour facility regularly reporting any maintenance repairs needed.
