ICCU is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to professionally manage commercial leasing properties and supervise vendors across ICCU facilities. The role requires strong communication, budgeting and documentation skills, with duties including campus maintenance and environmental compliance.
The position involves reporting, office-based coordination and occasional travel to northern Idaho, with a focus on safety, confidentiality and adherence to applicable laws.
Ensure Credit Union facilities are maintained with professionalism and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 0-3 years’ experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use computer programs to track projects, make recommendations, write reports, document communication, and manage budgets. Ability to always maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
Able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner. Proficient at diagnosing problems and finding solutions. Exhibit a professional appearance, attitude, and verbal communication. Maintain a current driver license and a good driving record. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.
