ICCU is seeking a detail‑oriented Facilities/Records Associate to organize and maintain facilities records and drive files. You will image contracts, assist with vehicle licensing and insurance, and support fleet maintenance while producing a monthly GL report.
The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A valid driver’s license is necessary.

High school diploma, some college preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent decision-making ability exhibited by actions and recommendations. Ability to use computer programs proficiently to track projects, make recommendations, write reports, documentcommunicationand manage budgets. Ability toalways maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
Able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner.
Proficient at diagnosing problems and finding solutions. Exhibit a professional appearance, attitude, and verbal communication. Maintain a current driver license and a good driving record. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.
