Job summary

Sandy City is seeking a part-time Facilities Maintenance worker for the Sandy Recreation Center. You will help keep the facility clean, secure, and functional, preparing it for public and internal use under supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Crew Leader.

Open until filled with review beginning October 19, 2026; hours up to 29 per week, including early mornings, late nights, holidays and weekends. No benefits for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires six months related experience.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily readiness of the facility to be clean, secure and functional.
• Prepare the building for public and internal use.
• Operate and apply proper cleaning procedures and equipment.
