  • Ensure compliance with environmental, fire safety, and hazardous waste regulations in partnership with EH&S. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Respond to alarms and oversee physical security systems, including badge access and cameras, in coordination with IT and security vendors.
  • Manage site logistics for company events, including setup, teardown, and maintenance coverage.
  • Use the CMMS system (Limble) to manage work orders, track maintenance tasks, and support documentation and reporting.
  • Coordinate with building tenants to address maintenance requests and ensure lease-related facility needs are met.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in facilities or maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Team leadership and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • Familiarity with environmental and safety standards (e.g. OSHA, fire codes)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions
  • EPA, OSHA 10/30, or trade certifications preferred
  • Experience using a CMMS (Limble preferred), Google Workspace or MS Office
  • English required; Spanish a plus

Physical Requirements (Heavy)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Regular bending, reaching, and movement throughout the warehouse
  • Repetitive motion involving hands and wrists (e.g., handling materials, using tools)
  • Requires sustained attention to detail, task-switching, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
  • Assessing accuracy, safety, and infrastructure needs

Visual Acuity Requirements
Requires close visual acuity to inspect facilities, identify mechanical issues, evaluate repairs, and read plans and technical documents. Must be able to assess facility and equipment safety, cleanliness, and performance.
