Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR in Concord, NC. The role directs associates on a shift, ensuring tasks meet policy, quality, and safety standards, with responsibilities including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
Train and create work schedules; monitor performance and address issues.
Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and time-off requests.
Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
