Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License required.
• Ability to perform custodial and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic custodial and labor tasks: trash, cleaning, setup, and maintenance.
• Responds to internal requests and emergencies to ensure student and staff safety.
• Maintains facilities, vehicles, and equipment; performs basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Notifies supervisors about repairs needed for facility/equipment.
• Under supervision, performs routine minor repairs.
• Assists with grounds maintenance: trash pickup, sweeping, weed control, and landscape care.
• Performs other similar duties as needed.
