Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Three or more years' experience in Maintenance roles.
• 1 year in a leadership/supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to preserve community value.
• Perform inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs across trades.
• Manage inventory and Make-Ready/Turn processes for leasing.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company protocols.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and maintain records.
