Job summary

Five River Analytics, an Akima company, is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support the NSWC PCD Facilities Service Desk in Panama City, FL. You will be the central point for facility service requests and will document, track, and route tickets using ARCHIBUS, ensuring timely resolution.

The role requires 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday, core hours 0900–1100 and 1300–1500, and adherence to CUI handling policies. US citizenship and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required; able to undergo local and federal background check for Public Trust.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in business administration, IT, facilities management preferred.
• Experience delivering customer service, help desk, or service desk support in a professional environment.
• Experience using ticketing/work order systems; ARCHIBUS experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Operate NSWC PCD Facilities Service Desk during business hours and provide professional customer service.
• Receive service requests in person, by phone, email, or online; document accurately.
• Enter tickets into ARCHIBUS and maintain ticket status.
• Review requests for completeness and route to appropriate groups.
• Monitor open tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Safeguard CUI and comply with DoD and Federal requirements.
• Assist with CSR information and related administrative tasks.
