Job summary

Nisqually Indian Tribe is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee facility security and protect assets. The role includes implementing security protocols and handling confidential information with accuracy.

The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, deliver excellent customer service, and meet training deadlines (Crisis Intervention, De-escalation, CPR/First Aid/AED). A valid WA driver’s license is required and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Outstanding customer service to fellow employees, customers, vendors, etc. is expected.
• Five years of related security experience required.
• Crisis Intervention & De-escalation Training within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's license and maintain driving record requirements.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provides and/or implements security protocols for all facilities and information systems.
• Maintains a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
• Monitors access to limited areas such as inventory and confidential records and reports suspicious activity.
