Job summary

Iridium is seeking a Security Analyst/FSO to manage physical and personnel security across facilities. You will work closely with the Security team to implement strategies and maintain high security standards.

The role requires experience as FSO/CSO/CPSO, knowledge of NISPOM and ICD 705, and interactions with DCSA. Hybrid in-office schedule with up to 10% travel; U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Completion of FSO courses and CDSE certification.
• Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule, SEAD 3, and adjudicative guidelines.
• Experience with government security databases and forms (DISS, NBIS, SWFT, NISS).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; proactive knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) or related roles and manage physical security for multiple facilities.
• Coordinate personnel security clearances and conduct government-required inspections and actions.
• Lead security reviews, audits, and corrective actions with government entities.
• Review contracts for security requirements and liaise with contracts and program mgmt.
• Provide guidance and training as lead Security POC for assigned programs.
