• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years manufacturing experience if no degree.
• Experience leading teams of 3–5 employees and 15–20 contractors.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean.
• Lead a team of 3–5 employees and 15–20 contractors to maintain facility and perform maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Develop specialized knowledge in facility maintenance and security disciplines.
• Serve as a best-practice resource and stay aware of technical developments in the area.
• Contribute to strategy, policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
• Apply best practices and understand cross-functional integration with other teams.
• Use judgment to solve moderately complex maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering tasks.
• Lead small projects with moderate risk and resource needs and communicate outcomes.
• Document, plan, market, and execute programs to improve facilities.
