Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking a Facilities Coordinator/Security Specialist to manage secure DoD facilities, SCIF/SAPF environments, and related accreditation and modernization programs. The role emphasizes coordination with government and contractor stakeholders to sustain secure mission infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of DoD/government experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and a track record in facility planning, security reviews, and acquisition-related activities in classified

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, security management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant government and/or industry experience, with DoD admin experience preferred.
• Significant experience coordinating facility space allocation, collocation and facility modernization.
• Experience with security accreditation or co-use approvals for TS/SCI SCIFs and SAPFs.
• Experience supporting acquisition management activities related to SCIF/SAPF operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility space allocation, collocation, usage agreements, work orders, relocations, and modernization.
• Maintain accredited SCIF and SAPF environments for government personnel and contractors.
• Coordinate security accreditation, co-use approvals, and security reviews for TS/SCI facilities.
• Support acquisition management activities for secure facility operations and compliance.
• Develop operational strategies aligned with acquisition strategies and mission requirements.
• Plan and coordinate secure mission infrastructure, including high-availability networks and IT systems.
