Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance, janitorial, or related field preferred.
• Must be able to travel within the Center’s service area and operate agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintains buildings and grounds to a clean, safe standard.
• Performs janitorial tasks including cleaning and waste removal.
• Performs minor maintenance such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work.
• Provides secure transport and client monitoring during emergency transport assignments.
• Completes vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily and logs activities accurately.
• Operates maintenance and transport-related equipment safely; follows safety protocols.
• Responds to secure transport needs with priority over routine duties within 30 minutes while on shift.
• Communicates transport and client status updates with staff and supervisors.
