Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator at our Pueblo, CO site to support maintenance operations and manage documentation, SAP master data, and inventory control.

You will work under the Maintenance Manager, coordinate procurement, maintain reports, and ensure accurate data across plant maintenance systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 9+ years’ experience in a maintenance support role.
• Working knowledge of SAP maintenance/ordering module is required.
• Strong computer skills (MS-Excel, Word, Google Mail, Drive, etc.)
• Detail oriented; able to manage multiple tasks in Pueblo.
• Strong quality orientation for auditable document control systems.
• Safety-sensitive position; post-offer drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary data entry resource and document control administrator for SAP changes.
• Generate purchase requisitions for Pueblo materials and services.
• Manage cycle counts and SAP spare parts inventory adjustments.
• Interface with vendors to obtain updated quotes for purchasing decisions.
• Perform other duties as required.
