Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support the Maintenance Manager, manage maintenance documentation, and oversee procurement and reporting.

This position also serves as one of the SAP administrators for the PM module, handles spare parts inventory, and coordinates with vendors. A high school diploma and 9+ years in maintenance support are required, along with strong computer and quality orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 9+ years’ experience in a maintenance support role.
• Working knowledge of SAP maintenance/ordering module is required.
• Strong computer skills (MS-Excel, Word, Google Mail, Drive, etc.) required.
• Detail oriented individual, able to manage multiple tasks with input from various individuals in Pueblo.
• Document control systems, in scope, are auditable items, so a strong quality orientation is also needed.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post‑offer drug screening prior to employment.
• One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary data entry resource and document control administrator for: Manage SAP interface for all changes related to tools / parts.
• Support SAP optimization efforts through master data configuration.
• Facility calibration documentation.
• Maintenance / Engineering library (hard & soft copies).
• Preventive maintenance documentation & PM task lists.
• Monthly maintenance KPI tracking and reporting.
• Monthly project and maintenance spending and accruals reporting and tracking.
• Generate purchase requisitions for Pueblo materials and services.
• Manage cycle counts and SAP spare parts inventory adjustments.
• Interface with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to obtain updated quotes and information needed for purchasing decisions.
• Perform other duties, as required.
