FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist at our Pueblo, CO facility to maintain accurate inventory records, process transactions in SAP, and support cycle counts.

The role also supports warehouse operations by safely loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and transporting materials. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of inventory experience, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating warehouse equipment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP ERP.
• Safely load/unload trucks and transport materials with forklifts.
• Enter inventory data and complete related transactions promptly.
• Perform cycle counts in multiple locations and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to research and resolve inventory variances.
• Track returnable containers and assist in loop reconciliation when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
