Job summary

SSS Of Parma in Independence, OH is seeking a Facility Maintenance & Sanitation Technician to perform daily maintenance tasks and sanitation duties in the production facility. Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge, and supporting food production operations in accordance with FDA/USDA specs.

Qualifications

• One to three years related experience and/or training.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and dependable.
• Able to handle criticism calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily sanitation procedures maintaining facility standards.
• Keeps records of completed daily inspection logs and chemical usage.
• Responsible for non contractual repairs and maintaining facility appearance.
• Maintains hallways, restrooms, and sanitary stations; removes trash daily.
• Completes janitorial and sanitation checklists according to master plan.
