Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and follow company policies.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, mechanical and electrical tasks.
• Coordinate disposal of trash, recycling and damaged product to reduce carbon footprint.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of Lomar Distributing facilities, inside and out.
• Perform janitorial duties in offices, restrooms and breakrooms.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and monitor non-Lomar drivers/visitors.
