Job summary

Brain Corp in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Facilities & Services Specialist to own daily operations across two facilities including office, warehouse and test lab. You’ll lead maintenance, safety initiatives, and food service management while coordinating with vendors and IT teams.

We value a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who can diagnose problems before they arise, manage budgets, and maintain a clean, safe work environment with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years in office/property management or facilities maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and ticket follow-through.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management professionally.
• Ability to obtain Food Service Manager certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across two locations.
• Coordinate access, repairs and vendor services; perform preventative maintenance.
• Manage food service programs and ensure sanitary operations.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate events space setups.
• Act as safety advocate and ensure compliance with standards.
