Job summary

Eataly is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and well‑maintained stores across its locations. You will report to the Director of Store Operations and lead the Facilities and Support teams, driving housekeeping, safety and compliance to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include managing a large team, coordinating 24‑hour facility operations, maintaining records, and overseeing equipment and vendor relationships to guarantee clean and safe work environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Housekeeping, Facilities or Custodial Supervisor or Manager.
• Experience managing a large team.
• Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manages team members: hires, schedules, trains, motivates, submits payroll and disciplines as necessary
• Ensures efficiency and good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities, including but not limited to: walk-ins, refrigerator units, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning services and off-site storage
• Maintains accurate records of the conditions of all facilities in the building and creates a schedule of regular housekeeping and cleanliness for the store
• Guarantees exceptionally clean and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Assesses the ongoing condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment in order to anticipate needs and resolve problems
• Ensures the safety of the building from fire, flood or other hazards
• Oversees inventory and vendor relationships
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
