Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team at our Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on ensuring safety, cleanliness, and attractive surroundings for patients and families, with a strong emphasis on presenting our center well.

The Maintenance Director will supervise the maintenance staff, implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with leadership to meet facility standards and patient care expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of diverse maintenance/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; HVAC cert a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, appearance and maintenance of the facility per regulations.
• Supervise/monitor department supervisors and personnel.
• Establish preventative maintenance program and priority for unscheduled maintenance.
• Ensure safety committee meetings are held with proper documentation.
