Job summary

Glidewell Dental is seeking a Facility Safety Specialist to act as a subject matter expert ensuring safe and compliant operations across multiple sites in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on leading IIPP programs, driving inspections, and coordinating with regulators and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years in construction or facility safety, with OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a construction or facility safety setting.

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert related to facility-safety to ensure safe and compliant operations.
• Performs building safety inspections to ensure building compliance, plan, develop, implement, and maintain IIPP programs.
• Interfaces with governing regulatory agencies for compliance purposes and subsequently partner with all parties affected or responsible for implementation of necessary compliance requirements.
• Conducts and oversees on-site inspections to audit physical conditions, hazardous conditions, and safe work practices.
