Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems or facilities technology.
• Experience owning or leading a major enterprise platform.
• Strong Archibus/IWMS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IWMS/CAFM architectures and APIs.
• Experience with data governance and release management.
• Ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and actionable plans.
• Experience managing vendors and collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience in large-scale multi-site or global environments.
• Certifications like BOMA, IFMA, or PMP are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own Archibus and related enterprise systems, define platform objectives and multi-year roadmaps.
• Provide functional leadership for IWMS modules and space management workflows.
• Establish governance, configuration standards, and data integrity practices.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization efforts.
• Evaluate capabilities and advise on upgrades, replacements, or consolidations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
