FirstService Residential is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to manage common area maintenance and capital projects within Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine. The role includes assisting residents with clubhouse reservations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety and quality across facilities.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service skills and good judgment.
• Must communicate effectively with vendors, staff and residents in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support facility maintenance and projects.
• Assist residents with clubhouse reservations and communications.
• Dispatch work orders to vendors and monitor project progress.
• Perform site walkthroughs and vendor quality checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Prepare calendars, reports and correspondence for shared spaces.
