Job summary

McKesson’s temperature‑controlled automated Distribution Center in Memphis is hiring a junior‑level Facility/Maintenance/Service Technician. This role requires repair experience and the ability to troubleshoot a broad range of facility systems.

You will interact with diverse teams and learn quickly on new conveyance systems in a high‑volume environment. Shift is Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM with potential overtime for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and safe usage of maintenance/facility tools (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts).

Associate Facilities Representative

Location: Memphis, TN, USA - 4836 Southridge Blvd

Shift Details: Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM. OT may be required for emergencies in the building.

Compensation: Competitive entry level base pay along with a $1.50 night shift differential.

Job Summary

McKesson’s temperature‑controlled automated Distribution Center is currently hiring a junior‑level Facility/Maintenance/Service Technician. This position requires repair experience, knowledge of a broad range of complex facility systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform complex technical tasks. The candidate should communicate professionally with a wide range of groups and possess an aptitude to learn quickly on new conveyance systems.

What You Will Need

• Facility, maintenance or service technician experience
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of equipment used in a distribution center environment
• Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment in maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.)
• Basic knowledge/exposure to warehouse work environments
• Basic knowledge/exposure to various trades
• Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OSHA

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder use, scissor lift & fork truck use, climbing up to 4 story heights in a warehouse environment.
• May work at heights at times

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $15.59 - $25.98
