We are seeking an experienced full time and team-oriented, hands-on Maintenance Technician. Candidate should be able to communicate clearly, be self-motivated and detailed oriented, able to troubleshoot and solve facilities problems, and follow instructions of Facilities and Restaurant Managers.

Applicant Must Be Able To

• Complete preventive Maintenance task.
• Check temperature Control.
• Do Light electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Snaking and unclog drains.
• Install appliances.
• Repair of cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Do tile work and grouting.
  
  

Your Role With Us

• The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and completing preventative maintenance for our Restaurant.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and snaking/ unclogging drains as needed.
• Perform the following repair maintenance duties: light millwork; painting, patching walls; doors and locks; tile work and grouting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chefs and Managers.
  
  

We Are Looking For Candidates

• With basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical & general repairs
• With experience using hand tools
• With prior experience with cooking equipment & refrigeration repairs preferred, but not essential
• That are accountable, reliable, complete work orders, and provide daily updates to upper management
• Who are fluent in English
• With experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• With open Availability to work various shifts
