Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of facility infrastructure. The role drives preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize uptime, asset reliability, energy efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include budgeting, capital project oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives, with strict adherence to OSHA, EPA, and NFPA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Business, or related field.
• Relevant experience in facility maintenance or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, and capital projects.
• CMMS platforms such as SAP, Maximo, or Fiix.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate facilities maintenance employees.
• Coordinate activities of external contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment performance and asset reliability metrics.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage facility shutdowns, and major maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, building codes, and other applicable regulations.
• Support site safety programs, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Manage departmental operating budget and capital project requests.
