Job summary

Duoline Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in industrial maintenance and facilities leadership.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, supervise technicians, manage safety programs, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of PLC, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, along with developing standard procedures and leading process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• ISO standards knowledge and experience in product management.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and ergonomic considerations in every operation.
• Monitor and supervise maintenance procedures and PM schedules.
• Troubleshoot PLC, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes and tooling methods.
• Lead process improvements and capital equipment projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements.
