Council on Aging (COA) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance position in Copley Township, Ohio. The role involves overseeing the organization of incoming materials, performing preventative and emergency maintenance of the facilities, and coordinating improvements with Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving area and maintain organization of incoming materials.
• Provide preventative and emergency maintenance on facilities.
• Coordinate with Operations on equipment and grounds improvements.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop and warehouse.
• Maintain recycling program for waste diversion.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs with subcontractors.
