Job summary

CMI Management LLC in Tennessee seeks a Quality Control/Safety Manager to lead the quality control and safety programs across site operations. You will oversee facilities engineering, operations and maintenance, custodial, construction management, and subcontracted work to ensure compliance with the PWS, OSHA, and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, hazard communication and incident prevention.
• Experience developing and enforcing quality and safety programs for facilities operations.
• Ability to read plans, reports and regulatory documents; communicate risks clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control program across facilities engineering, maintenance, custodial, and construction work.
• Coordinate inspections, root-cause analyses, corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Maintain auditable records in NCMMS and other required systems.
• Prepare monthly/annual reports and explain performance risks and corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety codes are followed by staff and subs.
• Provide safety training and promote culture of prevention and continuous improvement.
