Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Pump Mechanic to inspect, calibrate, test, and repair mechanical and facility systems across a multi-building campus. You will use CMMS to document work and ensure timely completion of PM and corrective tasks.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, adhering to safety policies, and coordinating with other teams and vendors as needed. A valid driver’s license and trade experience are required.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge across trades in a commercial setting.
• Mechanical ability and aptitude.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting equipment via BMS or similar systems.
• Ability to read and interpret general maintenance procedures and schematics.
• Attention to detail and safety-oriented
• Current driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair facility systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders promptly.
• Document tasks in CMMS, including parts used, hours, and response times.
• Assist in updating electrical and building schematics as installed equipment changes.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Adhere to OSHA and C&W Services safety policy.
