Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding property operations, facilities, maintenance, and service needs.
• Coordinate and manage repairs, general maintenance, preventive maintenance, building systems, and capital improvements across assigned commercial properties.
• Manage third‑party vendors and contractors providing maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other property services.
• Oversee day‑to‑day property and facility operations with a focus on asset preservation and maintaining property value.
• Support commercial lease administration and leasing activities to help maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate tenant requests and property‑related matters with vendors, contractors, and ownership.
• Provide property operations, maintenance, and facilities reporting to ownership.
