ONESOURCE FACILITIES SERVICES LLC in Phoenix is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and ensure that all systems are functioning properly.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management, highly organized, and comfortable solving problems as issues arise. This role requires strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with facilities services or property management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing.
• Construction knowledge.
• Ability to meet deadlines and quality assurance standards.
• Must work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive.
• Familiar with Adobe Pro and PDF tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, dispatch service work orders from start to finish.
• Heavy phone time with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Obtain bids and negotiate with contractors for each project.
• Collect detailed information for each work order (issue details, status, updates, invoices).
• Create budget-based plans for each service order.
• Oversee all ongoing projects until completion.
• Recruit contractors to expand our network as needed.
